Avinodos Wines, located in the Crusher Wine District of south Napa, was co-founded in 2012 by Dan Dexter and Lorn Brambila. Initially, Lorn's father, Gustavo Brambila, a respected winemaker with over 40 vintages, served as the winemaker until Dan took over in 2014. The winery benefits from Gustavo and Lorn's vineyard management company, which oversees around 80 acres in Napa Valley, allowing Avinodos to source high-quality grapes from notable sub-appellations like Oak Knoll District and Atlas Peak. Dan's winemaking philosophy emphasizes balanced, food-friendly wines that showcase restraint compared to more opulent Napa offerings.
