Blackjack Ranch is a winery founded in 1990 with vineyards planted in 1996, named after a casino card game invented by the founder. The tasting room opened in 1999 and produces Bordeaux blends, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Red Blends, and Syrah.
