Capay Valley Vineyards is a family-owned winery established in 1998 by Tom Frederick and Pam Welch in Capay Valley, CA, located in the northwest corner of Yolo County. The winery produces wines from their own grapes including Tempranillo, Viognier, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petite Verdot, along with sparkling wines using the French Charmat method.
