The property has changed hands several times, with Fred and Mary Constant acquiring it in 1993 and developing it into a notable estate, complete with premium vineyards and a winery. After Fred's passing in 2014, the property was sold in 2016 to its current owners, Sai You and Aries Liu, making them the fourth owners. The vineyard sits at elevations up to 2,100 feet, benefiting from unique terroir characterized by steep, rocky slopes and volcanic soils. This location allows for exceptional sun exposure, leading to ripe fruit with intense flavors. The winery produces a limited selection of wines, including Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a unique rosé, all crafted with meticulous attention to detail.
