Faust Wine, located in Napa Valley, was established by Chilean vintners Agustin and Valeria Huneeus. Agustin, a seasoned figure in the wine industry, previously founded Quintessa and has extensive experience across various wine regions. Initially, FAUST wines were produced at Quintessa but are now made in Sonoma County, with plans for on-site production in St. Helena. The winery focuses on showcasing Cabernet Sauvignon from multiple Napa Valley vineyards, primarily from their 121-acre Coombsville property, which features around 100 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon and smaller amounts of other varietals. FAUST began welcoming visitors in September 2020 after extensive renovations, offering outdoor tastings with scenic views of Napa Valley. The tasting experience includes two flights featuring current releases and older vintages, accompanied by small bites. The property also houses an art gallery and historical displays, enhancing the visitor experience. FAUST's wine portfolio has expanded over the years, now including several limited-production wines alongside their flagship Cabernet Sauvignon. The winery emphasizes quality and terroir, reflecting the Huneeus family's commitment to excellence in winemaking.
