Hillick & Hobbs is an estate winery on Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes region of New York, founded in 2013 and named after winemaker Paul Hobbs' parents. The winery specializes in limited-production dry Rieslings grown on steep slate slopes with panoramic lake views.
