Jon Nathaniel Wines is a small production winery established in 2019, located on a 30-acre property at the end of West Zinfandel Lane in Napa Valley. It is owned by the Komes family, who previously owned Flora Springs Winery. The winery is a collaborative effort between father John and son Nat Komes, and it honors the memory of Otto Komes, who passed away in 2010. The winery focuses on crafting small lot wines, producing less than 1,000 cases annually. Their offerings include unique blends and varietals, such as the Honest Bucker, a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Malvasia Bianca, and the Lavender Hill Pinot Noir from their family-owned vineyard. In addition to the winery, the Komes family opened Wilfred's Lounge in downtown Napa, a tiki bar that features Jon Nathaniel wines and pays homage to family history. The winery's wines are available through local wine clubs and direct-to-consumer channels. The Komes family remains actively involved in the wine industry, having also established a fulfillment and marketing firm in St. Helena.
