Winemaker Kirk Venge oversees the production, emphasizing quality and careful blending. The winery's estate, purchased in 2012, features a state-of-the-art facility and a hospitality center that opened in 2014. It spans nearly 12 acres, with five acres planted mainly to Cabernet Sauvignon. B Cellars offers a unique tasting experience that integrates food with wine, showcasing a full-service kitchen and a culinary team that creates diverse dishes using ingredients from their on-site gardens. Visitors can enjoy personalized tastings in various scenic settings, including a 16,000-square-foot cave used for wine storage and private events.
