REWA Vineyards

Napa, CA

Rewa Vineyards, located in Coombsville, Napa Valley, was established by Gajendra Singh Sareen in 2012, originally under the name Blue Oak Hill. Sareen, originally from India, transitioned from the tire industry to wine after being inspired by his visits to Napa Valley. The property features stunning views and a unique geological history, having once been part of a volcanic caldera. Approximately 30 of the 43 acres are planted with vines, primarily Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Malbec, with the vineyard benefiting from cooling marine breezes. The vineyard management has transitioned from Mike Wolf to Domenick Bianco, who oversees the viticulture. Winemaking began commercially in 2015, with Celia Welch as the consulting winemaker, known for her expertise in premium wines. Rewa produces a range of wines, including Sauvignon Blanc and a red blend called "Khanda," which reflects the Sikh faith. The wines are characterized by their complexity, balance, and age-worthiness, showcasing the unique terroir of the Coombsville region. Visitors can expect a focus on high-quality, meticulously crafted wines that highlight the vineyard's distinct attributes.
