The focus is on climate appropriate varieties that thrive in Australia’s warm, dry conditions, and on fruit that is sustainably grown, mostly from certified organic and biodynamic vineyards. These wines are vibrant, fresh, and expressive. They are shaped by intention and guided by nature. Alongside Somos is Juguette, a label created for the Mexican market that has grown into the best known Australian wine brand in the country. What began as a playful side project is now a vital part of the winery, a bridge between two cultures, two homes, and two ways of seeing the world.
