Steltzner Vineyards is a Stags Leap District pioneer founded in 1964 by Richard Steltzner on a benchland below the Stags Leap Palisades. The winery has over 50 years of history in Napa Valley, having grown grapes for iconic wines including the 1972 Clos Du Val Cabernet Sauvignon that placed in the Judgment of Paris. Today, Steltzner creates terroir-driven estate wines shaped by the soil, climate, and culture of the Stags Leap District.
