Theorem Vineyards, located in Napa Valley, was established by Kisha and Jason Itkin, who fell in love with the region during their visits starting in 2008. They purchased a 30-acre winery parcel in 2012, which has a rich history dating back to the late 1800s when it was known as the Tully Place. The property has changed hands several times, with notable previous owners including Dr. Richard Beverly Cole, a prominent surgeon and the Surgeon General of California. The Itkins have transformed the property significantly, including the construction of a modern winery completed in late 2018 and a Tasting Barn that opened in mid-2022. The vineyard spans 19 acres, primarily planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, and is known for its volcanic soils and diverse terrain. The winery aims to produce around 4,000 to 5,000 cases annually, with a focus on high-quality varietals. Visitors can enjoy a dog-friendly atmosphere, and the winery emphasizes its historical significance while producing wines that reflect the unique terroir. Theorem Vineyards also acquired a 34-acre vineyard in Sonoma County, further expanding their offerings.
