Trois Noix, founded by siblings Jaime and Greg Araujo in 2013, is a Napa Valley winery that emerged from fruit initially intended for their family's brand, Accendo Cellars. Jaime, who has a diverse background in acting and wine marketing in Europe, became the sole owner of Trois Noix in 2018 after buying out her brother's share. The winery focuses on producing elegant and balanced wines meant to be enjoyed young, emphasizing community connections through wine. Trois Noix sources grapes from various vineyards, including Ryan's Vineyard in the Oak Knoll District, known for its premium white varieties. The winery's production is limited to around 300 cases annually, with wines sold directly to consumers and through select distributors. Notable wines include a Chenin Blanc and a Sauvignon Blanc, both showcasing vibrant flavors and freshness. The winery operates out of Calistoga Vintner Services and offers tastings by appointment at a nearby tasting space called Museion. In early 2022, Trois Noix received B Corp certification, recognizing its commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
